• We discuss and advise what options would be best and appropriate for you.
• We show you samples of different types of hair systems to see, feel, touch, try.
• We discuss and outline all the costs involved for your specific process.

THEN IT IS OVER TO YOU . . .

You can go away and have a think about if this non-surgical hair replacement solution is right for you. You are never under any obligation to make any commitment.

CREATING THE PERFECT FIT

If you decide you want to proceed once you have completed your consultation, we create a size and profile template from measurements we take of you scalp – the area where your hair does not grow or has thinned. This template is used to replicate the details on a custom made hair system - it's our record of your specifics, shape, size, contour - so that the fit is PERFECTLY for you and your head only and ensures that every time you order, its exactly the same as previous.

Then, together, we choose all options available that are specifically about your look, your needs and what is right for you.

STEP FOUR

THE NEW LOOK DAY FITTING

When your hair is ready, we get you back in the salon for your fitting -

During which time we cut, style, wash, condition your own existing hair,and wash, condition, fit, cut, style and perfectly blend your new hair system to your existing hair - the new look you is ready!

When finished WE GUARANTEE you walk out comfortable in the knowledge that you look your best, your hair will look perfect, feel comfortable on your head, and be undetectable.
YOU WILL BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF!

"OK THAT’S GREAT . . . BUT WHAT'S IT GOING TO COST ME AND HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?"

First, the initial 1 to 1 consultation fee is $100 and payable when you book your consultation. However, this fee is waived and credited back against the total cost when you proceed with ordering your new hair system.

Depending on your options, if you can be fitted into a pre-made stock hair system then that process from start to finish typically can have a full head of hair on your head in around 2 weeks.

Prices for ready-made hair systems START from $850 AUD + fitting.

If your requirements and options are such that it means we have to create for you a “custom made hair system” the manufacturing process from order placed to wearing hair can range from 12 to 16 weeks.

Prices for custom-made hair systems START from $1050 AUD + fitting.
