WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS & INITIAL CONSULTATION

If you have booked your first appointment with us, you will need to pay a 50% deposit on booking – your appointment will be confirmed and locked in only after you have made the payment. Your deposit secures your appointment and will be credited towards the cost of goods & services on your first visit. The balance is payable when your appointment has been completed. Your deposit also covers part of the cost charged back to you if you fail to show up and/or cancel without appropriate notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have implemented and enforce a strict Cancellation Policy. Please understand that when you forget/miss or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time as we book well in advance. Your appointment is very important to us, as no doubt it is to you as well, and it is reserved especially and personally for you in a one-to-one salon service environment. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully state a minimum of least 72 HOURS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN for changes and or cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the following fees being charged to you in addition to your scheduled services fees.

CANCELLATIONS:
72 HOURS MINIMUM NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN if you are unable to make or keep your appointment, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the value of your service will be charged to you on your next appointment.

NO SHOWS:
If you fail to show up for your appointment, a fee of 100% of the value of your reserved service will be charged to you prior to your next appointment being made AND you will not be able to book your next appointment until the fee has been paid.

LATE ARRIVAL:
The responsibility rests with YOU to arrive on time or even early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a late fee of 20% of the value of your service will be charged on top of your scheduled service fee. Please understand the follow-on effect of your late arrival inconveniences clients booked after you from having a timely service that starts and finishes as expected.

CONFIRMATION CALLS: 
Because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago, as a courtesy we may at our discretion call, email or SMS to re-confirm your appointments 2-3 business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, or can only leave a message, please understand that it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times, and to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
